this software is an advanced
employees information manager,
that allows to catalog the
following information: personal data,
company data, relatives, history,
documents, equipment,
qualifications, courses,
certificates, knowledge, labor experience, contracts,
salaries, fringe
benefits, absences and holidays, delays,
overtime hours, congratulations,
warnings and sanctions.

Employees allows to take a
graphical control of the absences and
holidays
of the employees, by means of the allocation of a
color to each type of absence. Thanks to the labor
calendar that the program provides,
it calculates the natural days
and the workable days of every time
period.

features a first level data management technology,
that allows to sort, group
and filter the information by any field
or combination of fields. Any combination of
sorting, grouping or filtering
can be visualized or printed in a report and also can be
saved to disk in order to be
recovered at any time.

work center
and department, or by group and job, etc. The
possibilities are infinite.▪
All the data tables can be exported in Text, Html, XML

MSD Employees Multiuser
is also available, allowing several users to
share the information in a local area network with user access

contains the following
main modules:
- Employees:
this module allows to enter the basic
information of the employees (personal
information and company information). The
data can be viewed in three different forms:
a table view, where every
record occupies one
row, a bands view, where the data are
grouped in vertical bands, and a card view.
- Employee
Information: this module
allows to manage the following information associated to
each employee: personal data and company
data, relatives, history,
documents, equipment,
qualifications, courses, certificates, knowledge,
labor experience, contracts, salaries,
fringe benefits, absences and
holidays, delays, overtime hours,
congratulations, warnings and
sanctions.
- Summary:
this module allows to see all the information of each
employee in a single table, with the possibility of ordering
and grouping the information by any field or combination of
fields. The user can select what databases will be included
in the summary, which will allow, for
instance, to obtain a summary with
the qualifications of the employee (degrees,
courses, certificates, knowledge and experience) or a
summary with its presence information
(holidays, absences, delays, overtime
hours), etc.
- Statistics:
this module displays a table that shows the
number of records
that each employee has in the
previously described databases. Among other things,
you will be able to
know what employees have more sanctions, more
documents, more delays, more holidays,
etc.
- Reports:
this module displays several tables with important
information about employees: contracts, salaries, absences,
delays and overtime hours.
- Expiry dates:
this module displays a table with the items with expiry
dates already expired or close to expire: work permit,
equipment, certificates, contracts, salaries and fringe
benefits.
- Absences:
this module displays a table with the absences of all the
employees in the selected date. It is very useful to know
what employees are on holidays in a given date.
The program also allows to manage a
great number of auxiliary databases. Among
others: Labor calendar, Companies, Banks, Teaching institutions,
etc.
MSD
Employees is very easy to
use and allows to personalize many program features to fit your
personal preferences. It allows to filter
the information by powerful conditions and also allows to find
information contained in any field.
It allows to view or print an unlimited number of different
reports, which can be saved to disk in PDF format.
By using a password the user
can control the access to the program. In addition, the information can be stored in a
single password protected file when the program is closed, to
avoid unauthorized access from outside the program. Thanks to
these security features your information will be safe at home and
at the office.
