MSD Documents: this software is a powerful document manager that provides two main modules useful for companies, government agencies and professionals:
  • Documents: allows to catalog documents in an easy and structured way, being able to obtain the data in many different ways, grouped by project, client, type of document, location, author, etc.
     
  • Correspondence: allows to catalog document correspondence , with automatic document numbering or with manual numbering controlled by the user, being able to obtain the data in many different ways, grouped by project, client, sender, addressee, type of document, location, etc

MSD Documents features a first level data management technology, that allows to sort, group and filter the information by any field or combination of fields. Any combination of sorting, grouping or filtering can be visualized or printed in a report and also can be saved to disk in order to be recovered at any time.

This advanced data management technology allows to see, for example, the documents grouped by project and client, by document type and location or by creation and modification date. The possibilities are infinite.

The program allows to catalog the documents by location, using a hierarchic structure with no depth limit, with which a structure like the following can be easily obtained: Building, Floor, Office, Bookcase, Shelf, Folder, etc

MSD Documents can be used to catalog physical documentation, but it can also be used to catalog electronic documentation stored in hard disks, CD-ROM, DVD's, etc. It can also be used to catalog multimedia documents (music, films, documentary, etc).

All program reports can be saved to disk in PDF format.


MSD Documents is a documentation and correspondence manager for Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista.

MSD Documents Multiuser is also available, allowing several users to share the information in a local area network with user access control.

MSD Documents provides two main modules:
  • Documents: this module allows to catalog the documentation of companies, government agencies and professionals. The documents can be catalogued by group, project, client, document type, etc. It allows to catalog physical and electronic documents. It also provides the following auxiliary databases: groups, document types, authors and languages..
     
  • Correspondence: this module allows to catalog the document correspondence of companies, government agencies and professionals. The program is able to automatically assign a number to each document, but also allows the user to set document numbers manually. The documents can be catalogued by origin, sender, destination, addressee, group, document type, etc. This module also allows to manage pending documents responses, allowing to keep track of pending correspondence. It also provides the following auxiliary databases: groups, document types, dossiers, entities and contacts..

In addition to the above mentioned, the program allows to manage the following common auxiliary databases: projects, clients, locations, file types, storage types, storage media and countries.

MSD Documents is very easy to use and allows to personalize many program features to fit your personal preferences. It allows to filter the information by powerful conditions and also allows to find information contained in any field.

It allows to view or print an unlimited number of different reports, which can be saved to disk in PDF format.

By using a password the user can control the access to the program. In addition, the information can be stored in a single password protected file when the program is closed, to avoid unauthorized access from outside the program. Thanks to these security features your information will be safe at home and at the office.

Data backup Allows to make backups of your data and restore them when necessary. If the program is protected with a password, the backup will also be protected with the same password.
Word processor Allows to edit documents with formatted text, tables, images, hyperlinks and more. These documents can be stored in any program record.
Spreadsheet Allows to edit spreadsheets compatible with Microsoft Excel. These spreadsheets can be stored in the records of the main program modules.
Image viewer This program allows to store an image in every record. This tool allows to view or print these images.
Calculator All the financial fields in the program can launch this simple calculator.
