deletion |
The
registered version of the program can delete the disk
files after storing them in the database with a safe
procedure, which avoids that the files can be recovered
by file recovery programs. In the trial version the
files are deleted by the normal procedure. |

Reliability |
This program
uses various techniques to ensure the integrity of the
data stored in its database. For example, if the user
decides to delete a disk file after storing it in the
database, the program verifies that it is capable of
extracting the file completely and that the file is
identical to the original file before deleting it from
disc. In addition, if files are stored in the database
during a session, the program asks the user to make a
backup before closing. |

Multiple
encryption passwords |
By default,
the program encrypts the files stored in the database
with the access password. Users may chose to use a
different password to encrypt each file stored in the

choose to store files with different passwords, make

The most important feature of an
information manager, after populating it with
information, is being able to find what we are looking
for easily and fast. One of the most remarkable features
of this program is a set of tools for finding and
filtering the information. You will be able to find
records containing some text in any field, or records
modified during the last week using the following tools:
▪ Filters by field: you will be
able to filter the databases by the content of any
field or combination of
fields.
▪ Find (Ctrl-F):
this tool finds the first or the next
record containing some text in any field or in the field
of your choice.
▪ Locate (Ctrl-L):
this tool allows to locate any number of
records containing some text in the description field.
As you enter characters in the edit box the program
shows all the records matching the entered text. |

This program is able to print an
almost unlimited number of different reports, because it
prints the exact content of data grids, which can be
configured in very different ways (fields visibility,
data sorting, data grouping, data filtering). |
