MSD Organizer is a personal and professional information manager for Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista.

MSD Organizer Multiuser is also available, allowing several users to share the information in a local area network with user access control.

This program will allow you to organize your phone book, manage your tasks and activities, get alarms of important events and birthdays, keep a personal and professional diary, manage your property and budget information in local and foreign currencies (credit cards, bank accounts, houses, cars, etc), manage health information and organize your favorite music.

It is very easy to use and allows to personalize many program features to fit your personal preferences. It allows to filter the information by powerful conditions and also allows to find information in any field. All the reports can be viewed on the screen or sent to a printer, and can also be saved to disk in PDF format.

Due to the fact that the information managed by this program can be private, some security mechanisms have been implemented to guarantee a high degree of privacy. By using a password the user can control the access to the program, to the modules and to the program options. In addition, the information can be stored in a single password protected file when the program is closed, to avoid unauthorized access from outside the program. It provides tools for communicating with contacts by phone, visit their web pages and send emails to them. It allows to send sms messages to mobile phones and also allows to send personalized emails to mailing lists. The contacts can be synchronized with a Pocket PC.
Alarms	Allows to create events that will perform the following actions when the alarm date is reached: show a message, make a phone call, run a program, open a document, send an email, close the program and close Windows.
Tasks	Allows to manage your personal and professional tasks. The state of the tasks can be used to control their evolution along time: pending, initiated, cancelled, suspended and terminated. With the time filter you will be able to know at any moment which tasks are pending and which ones are on schedule.
Cards	Allows to manage any kind of information organized in groups. For instance, internet addresses, email addresses, recipes, password lists, etc.
Diary	Allows to manage a personal and professional diary, but also allows to make any kind of annotations associated with a date.
Property	Allows to manage property information, like bank accounts, real state, cars, investments, etc. It allows to view the evolution of your property along time. The information can be shown in charts and reports. Property information can be shown in local and foreign currencies.
Budget	Allows to manage budget information of an individual, professional or small company. It allows to enter income and expenses, providing valuable information about economic availability for future expenses. The information can be shown in charts and reports. Budget information can be shown in local and foreign currencies.
Health	Allows to manage events related to your health and to your family health, like birthdays, vaccines, infections, accidents, allergies, serious and chronic diseases, etc. Take note of symptoms, diagnosis and drug prescriptions. This information will be helpful for you and for any doctor not familiar with your family health history.
Music	Allows to create catalogs of MP3 songs in your hard drives, DVD's, CD's or portable devices. Use this module to select the music you want to listen to while you are working. The songs will be played with the default MP3 player in your computer.
Union	This module, unique in this kind of programs, contains the Description and Notes fields of all other modules. Sometimes it may be difficult to remember if we made some annotation in the Diary or in Tasks for instance. Instead of looking for the information from module to module, you can use the Union module to find it easily. In addition to this, it can be used to know what records have been updated today, yesterday, last week, etc.

Favorites	This tool allows to define program records and groups as favorites, in addition to directories, programs, documents, phone numbers, web addresses, email addresses and user defined favorites.
Data backup	Allows to make backups of your data and restore them when necessary. If the program is protected with a password, the backup will also be protected with the same password.
History	This is one of the most useful tools in this program. Allows to enter an unlimited number of annotations associated to any record of the program. It can be used to track the relationships with clients, suppliers, banks and other contacts.
Network messages	This messenger tool allows to exchange text messages with other users of this program in your local area network. It also allows to know which users are using the program in the LAN.
News	Shows information at program startup. Can be used as news board for the users of a local area network.
Pocket PC synchronization	Allows to synchronize the Contacts database with a Pocket PC.
Sites with password	This useful tool keeps user names and passwords of your favorite sites. You will be able to visit these sites and enter the login information with a couple of mouse clicks.
Word processor	Allows to edit documents with formatted text, tables, images, hyperlinks and more. These documents can be stored in any program record.
Spreadsheet	Allows to edit spreadsheets compatible with Microsoft Excel. These spreadsheets can be stored in any program record.
Image viewer	This program allows to store an image in every record. This tool allows to view or print these images.
Financial calculations	Allows to perform mortgage calculations, depreciation calculations, etc.
Clock	Analog and digital clock that can be adjusted in size and position and can be placed anywhere in the desktop. It can even be shown maximized.
Calculator	All the financial fields in the program can launch this simple calculator, that among other things, will allow easy money exchange between local and foreign currency.
