Welcome to Agenda MSD. This is a personal and professional information manager for Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP that several thousand people are using worldwide.  

Agenda MSD will allow you to organize your phone book, manage your tasks and activities, get alarms of several events and birthdays, keep a personal diary, manage your property information and a manage your family budget. The financial information will be kept in local and foreing currency. This last feature will be very useful to those countries involved in the transition to the Euro.

Agenda MSD is very easy to use and allows the user to configure many of its characteristics to fit their personal preferences. The information can be filtered by simple and powerful conditions and all the reports can be viewed on the screen or sent to the printer.

Due to the fact that the information handled by this program is personal, some security mechanisms have been implemented to guarantee a high degree of privacy. By using a password, the user can control the access to the program, to the options configuration and to individual functions. In addition, the information can be stored in encrypted format to avoid unauthorized access from outside the program. Thanks to the security options you will be able to keep your data safe at home and at the office.

Agenda MSD contains the following main functions:

• Calendar: this function provides daily, monthly and annual calendars. In the daily and monthly calendars the expected alarms and tasks are shown, providing an easy way of controling daily activities. Calendars can also be printed.
• Contacts: this function allows the management of a phone book, with data clasified by groups. The information can be filtered by contents, categories and emergency. Address, phones and pocket reports can be obtained. Labels can also be printed.
• Alarms: this function allows the activation of alarms associated with events such as showing a message, executing a program, opening a file, making a phone call or sending an email. All this activities can be scheduled as unique alarms or periodic alarms.
• Tasks: this function allows the management of tasks and to-do lists. You will be able to control the tasks and activities already done and the ones to be done.
• Cards: this function allows the management of information classified by groups, like internet addresses, email addresses, recipes, password lists, important notes, and any other information you may imagine.
• Personal Diary: this function allows the management of a personal diary, where important notes and events can be stored for future consultation. You can use it as a personal diary or as a repository of important notes.
• Familiar Property: this function allows the management of the family property. With it you can control your bank accounts, your cars, estates, houses, investments, etc. The evolution of the property value can be obtained in charts and reports, and can be printed in local and foreing currency.
• Family Budget: this function allows the management of the family budget. With it you can control your income and expenses, and therefore the economic availability for future expenses. This information can be obtained in charts and reports, and can be printed in local and foreing currency.
• Family Health: this function allows to take note of every important health event in your family. The birthdays, vaccines, infections, accidents, allergies, serious diseases or chronic diseases. Take note of symptoms, diagnosis and drug prescriptions. This information will be useful for you and for any doctor not familiar with your family health history.
• Union: this function, unique in this type of programs, contains Description and Notes fields of all other functions. Sometimes it may be difficult to remember if we made some annotation in the Diary or in Tasks for instance. Instead of looking for the information from function to function, you can use the Union function to find it easily. In addition to this, the Union function can be used to know what records have been updated today, yesterday, last week, etc. This is a powerful tool for controlling your information.

Besides these functions, the program provides some useful tools:

• Favorites: this tool allows to define program records and groups as favorites, in addition to directories, programs, documents, phone numbers, web addresses, email addresses and user defined favorites. This is one of the most useful tools of this program.
• Backup: the program provides tools for making data backup and data restoration. If a password has been specified, the backup will be protected with it.
• Network messages: this messenger tool allows to exchange text messages with other users of this program located in your local area network.
• News: this tool will show important information at program startup.
• Word processor: use this powerful tool to edit your documents with formatted text, tables, images and more.
• Image viewer: use this tool to view or print the images stored in this program records.
• Clock: this analog and digital clock can be adjusted in size and position and can be placed anywhere in the desktop. You can even show it maximized.
• Calculator: all the financial fields in the program can launch this simple calculator, that among other things, will allow easy money exchange between local and foreign currency.
• Financial calculations: this tool can be used to perform mortgage calculations, depreciation calculations, etc.
• SMS Messages: this tool allows to send SMS messages to mobile phones via Internet or through a mobile phone connected to the computer.
• Moon information: this tool provides information about the moon phase.
• Biorhythm information: this tool provides information about personal biorhythms.
• Windows calculator: this tool can be executed from the program.
• Windows Notepad: this tool can be executed from the program.
